This is especially important in a crisis situation. A leader's direction would be desired by the staff in a certain area. Organizational development is the process through which a company adopts new tactics to boost its competitiveness. An organization's success depends in large part on organizational growth and leadership management. More attention would be paid to the implementation of new strategies across the whole organizational structure in organizational growth.
